The visionary founder of EVIGC is a seasoned broadcaster with over eighteen years of experience in the industry. A man of exceptional character and integrity, he possesses the foresight and expertise to drive change and foster competitiveness within complex organizations. Mr. Rolle earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and communications from Nova Southeastern University.

A seasoned entrepreneur and Materials Management and Procurement Executive with extensive experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry, Construction, T-Shirt printing, and car rental and sales. Through his innate qualities of perseverance, proactivity, and goal-setting, he stands tall in the face of adversity, believing that determination will cause one to rise and succeed in the creative aspects of entrepreneurship.

Troy W. Kesson
Mr. Kesson brings deep operational expertise across logistics, maritime, and chemical manufacturing. A Certified Chemical Operator with experience managing FDA-audited facilities, he has held leadership roles at Syntex Pharmaceuticals, Freeport Container Port, and a national shipping firm. His background also includes property management with a focus on entrepreneurship. A committed Bahamian professional known for his disciplined, results-driven approach.
Brent Deveaux
Brent Deveaux is a seasoned financial services professional with nearly 25 years of experience in banking, credit operations, home financing, and business advisory. He has led teams at both commercial and development banks, supporting MSMEs through lending, post-funding strategy, and client relationship management. Currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Edinburgh Napier University, Brent combines practical financial insight with a strong focus on service, growth, and investor engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, an MBA, and is a Certified Hospitality Department Trainer. Recipient of the prestigious Cacique Award for Human Resources Development.

Kevin R.L. Pratt
A seasoned Financial Management professional with deep expertise in finance industry compliance protocols, he has built a distinguished career managing financial operations with precision and integrity. He earned his MBA from the University of Miami in 1983, with a concentration in Business Management and Organizations.

Lunnon Gibson
A highly qualified engineer with extensive experience across the Aviation, Maritime, and Hospitality industries. With over 24 years in aviation as a Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Planning and Logistics Specialist, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and is a Certified Hospitality Trainer with the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.

A seasoned broadcaster with over twenty years of experience in advertising, marketing, broadcasting, and administration. His professional background spans customer service, program management, television news anchoring, and program planning, with work at numerous prestigious stations including WHGT Radio (Hot 105), Global TV Network, Chin FM, and Radio Guardian in Port of Spain.
